We offer many disciplines under One price!

We are working on offering classes to improve your life in every aspect, Technique, self defense, confidence, fitness, weight management.... you name it. We want to create a family environment!!!

Kickboxing, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Krav-Maga, Zumba

The Base of the classes its pretty similar format, (60 minutes long)
  • warm up
  • Bodyweight or low weight interval workout (this are different every time , upper body, lower body, endurance, cardio, balance…..)
  • bags rounds
  • Core work out
  • Full body stretch
Everybody has their own working station, so you can work as hard or light as you want, We’ll teach you form and technique and We’ll supervise you through the class to be sure you get the most of it. There’s no need of previous experience.
The classes are limited to ten people per class (by now). BE SURE YOU RESERVE YOUR CLASS !
 

Kickboxing & Boxing

These two training are very similar, Only difference is in kickboxing there's kicks, elbows and knees!

Group classes that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe.

 

Krav-Maga 

Is an Israeli Defense Force (IDF) self-defense system that is easy to learn for people of all ages and physical abilities. It is a practical system that is designed to bring people to a level of proficiency quickly. While Krav Maga teaches you to punch, kick, use elbows, knees and grappling techniques, it is not your traditional martial arts, or MMA. In addition, you learn to use groin strikes, throat strikes, headbutts and eye gouges.

Jiu Jitsu

Is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent. Unlike other martial arts that focus on strikes and/or kicks, jiu jitsu focuses on close-contact “grappling” holds and techniques, and the application of chokes and joint-manipulations.

 

Zumba

Is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms. Helps improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, balance, mega calories burn, and extremely Fun!!! (This classes have their own structure)
